we still have another hour to two hours with the time change to enjoy this tonight. and you can see mainly clear skies in san jose right now with some mid and also high level cloud cover. also up into san francisco, an incredible view here across downtown. we do have that fog just offshore. a bit of cloud cover. but generally here a fantastic evening shaping up. here's what we have happening right now. it's been very familiar, at least for winter. we've been so unusually dry in 2013. storm track is out here. plenty of rainfall. but it's 2,000 miles away. it's all going to continue to stream up into alaska and mainly canada. washington and oregon not even getting much rain the next couple of days. high pressure building offshore. that will keep it mild tuesday and wednesday. also a slight offshore wind that looks to keep those interior valleys the warmest. but it's not going to be warm everywhere. this will be another event where if you're headed to the coastline, you'll need to keep that jacket in the back seat. temperatures from the 50s and 60s there with patchy fog
